Dunn Kaufman

With over 12 years of digital marketing experience, Dunn is well versed in all aspects of digital marketing. A graduate of both IT and Advertising, Dunn began his career as a website & digital signage programmer. He moved on to plan and execute millions of dollars in online advertising campaigns at the largest advertising agency in the world, Mediacom. He did this for many major sectors including Government agencies as well as worldwide consumer & health corporations. Dunn then chose to specialize in the healthcare sector focusing on search engine marketing (SEM).

Dunn is now finally settled as a digital marketing strategist/consultant. His passions include SEM, SEO and PPC.


Jim Bensimon


Jim is the Co-founder of DMAC. He is also the Co-founder and President of iRISEmedia, a leading digital marketing agency in Toronto, since 2004. He has lectured extensively on various topics related to Digital Marketing and was a guest speaker on the topic of Online Advertising at the Search Engine Strategies Conference Expo as well as the SOHO SME Business Conference Expo. His particular specialty is in SEO and Social Media Marketing. He also focuses on his company’s R&D and proprietary software initiatives.

Prior to this, Jim was Legal and Online Marketing Director for Incorpore Brazil from 1996 to 2004 where he witnessed the power of the Internet first hand in the real estate development industry. Jim has a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada.


Gustavo Loureiro

Gustavo has been working in the online space since 1998 and specifically with Digital Marketing since 2004. He has worked as a university professor in Brazil since 2001 and possesses vast experience creating and developing certification, post graduate and bachelor programs. He has already created two highly successful post graduate programs (e-commerce and digital marketing), as well as a continuing education program in Digital Marketing.

Gustavo has worked with online media planning and Social Media Marketing for advertisers such as Michelin / BFG, Plugme, Casa & Video, ClubMed and Mercatto and for agencies such as Selulloid AG, Hi-Media, Publicidade Interativa and Ability.

Gustavo was awarded the Peixe Grande award by WebDesign Magazine in 2005 while he was a partner and Marketing Director at Stage3 – Soluções Digitais and recently received a HootSuite Certified Professional.

Olga Mestnikova


Olga’s expertise spans a wide spectrum in the digital media field. Her background ranges from Social Media Marketing and Online Strategy through Graphic and Web Design. She holds the position of Web & Social Media Manager at iRISEmedia and actively contributes to the company’s blog.

Olga specializes in Social Media Marketing with a focus on the following:

– Artistic creation and set-up of Social Media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+ pages for businesses;
– Graphics and video content creation;
– Development and management of Social Media plans and strategies;
– Campaign monitoring and analysis, reporting;

Originally from Moscow (Russia), Olga holds a Master’s Degree from the Dublin Institute of Technology in Strategic Management and Innovation. With a background in innovation business management, she approaches all projects from a creative angle.


Alex Noudelman


Alex Noudelman is a copywriting and social media marketing specialist with over 5 years of experience. He takes pride in assisting businesses by increasing their online exposure, building their reputations in their expert industries, and connecting them with their target audiences.

In addition to his work as a copywriter and social media manager, Alex is an educator with over 5 years of classroom and online teaching experience.
